About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our Motor Division. The role involves end-to-end designing of electrical motors, with a focus on three-phase induction motors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical motors for the motor division
2. Work on three-phase induction motor design and engineering
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design and production requirements
4. Ensure designs meet quality, performance, and compliance standards

Requirements:

1. Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
2. Experience: 8–10+ years in the motors/electrical industry
3. Industry Background: Motors industry preferred
4. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with three-phase induction motors
