About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ISO officer to join us at Vasai location. The ISO MR will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring ongoing compliance of the organization’s Management System in line with applicable ISO standard. The role focuses on monitoring system effectiveness, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting continuous compliance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management System Maintenance

• Maintain the existing ISO management system and ensure it remains compliant with applicable standards
• Monitor adherence to established processes and procedures
• Ensure all departments follow approved ISO practices

2. Audit Coordination & Compliance

• Plan and coordinate internal audits
• Act as the point of contact for external certification and surveillance audits
• Track non-conformities and ensure timely closure with relevant teams

3. Documentation Control

• Maintain and control ISO documentation (manuals, SOPs, records)
• Ensure documents are up-to-date, properly approved, and accessible
• Manage document revisions and version control

4. Training & Awareness

• Conduct periodic ISO awareness sessions for employees
• Ensure staff are informed of relevant procedures and updates
• Support departments in maintaining compliance

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key compliance indicators and audit findings
• Prepare reports for management review meetings
• Highlight risks, gaps, and areas needing attention

6. Corrective Actions & Follow-ups

• Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Follow up with departments to ensure timely implementation
• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions

7. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with certification bodies and external auditors
• Coordinate ISO-related activities across departments
• Report system performance and compliance status to management

Required Qualifications:

1. ISO awareness or internal auditor certification preferred
2. 2–5 years of experience in ISO system maintenance/compliance
