Department: Production and Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can directly manage factory workers, guide them on daily tasks, and ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of how machines and processes work on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and direct factory workers on production tasks.
2. Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities.
3. Ensure machines and processes are running efficiently.
4. Coordinate with the incharge/production team for target achievement.
5. Maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
2. 3–4 years of experience in the Fan & Motor industry
3. Strong understanding of production machinery and processes
4. Ability to lead and manage a team of factory workers
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
