The Agitators are manufactured out of various grades of steel such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and also Special Grade of Steel and Alloys such as 904L, Titanium, Hastelloy and Duplex Steel. Agitators are also given specialised coatings and lining consisting of Rubber Lining, Teflon Lining, PP Lining and FRP Lining. Based on the processing conditions, there are various sealing arrangements available such as Single Mechanical Seal, Double Mechanical Seal, Stuffing Box and Lip Seal.

Process Design & Mechanical Design
Over the years, REMI has excelled in the field of process design and mechanical design of Agitators, in accordance with a variety of parameters. Computerised availability of relevant data enables us to offer economical design equipments with process guarantees. REMI has developed in-house software packages for supporting the mechanical design of Agitators. In synch with certain parameters like bending, torque, critical, speed etc; we use solid shaft, step shaft and hollow shaft design processes.
